  Shandong Bohui Paper Co., Ltd, founded in 1994, is a large-scale joint-stock enterprise integrating research & development, production and sales. On May 24, 2004, Bohui Paper successfully issued 70 million ordinary shares on Shanghai Stock Exchange. At present, it has registered capital of RMB 315.36 million yuan, employs 4,705 staff, and mainly produces and sales cultural paper, box paperboard, white paperboard, gypsum facing paper and paper pulp. By December 2006, the company has owned total
assets of 3.4 billion yuan, and achieved sales earning of 2.6 billion yuan, and the overall economic efficiency ranked the fifth in the same industry of China. The company has set up distributing offices in 30 provinces, cities, municipalities all over the country, and sold products to Europe, America, Middle East, Australia and Southeast Asia, etc.
  The company has been awarded “National High-Tech Enterprises” by National Science & Technology Ministry and “First National Outstanding Private Enterprises”, with annual output of 750,000t paper, among which information media paper and writing paper are listed into “National Quality-inspection-free Products”. The company is“AAA” Credit Standing Enterprise authorized by Bank, Revenue Dept., Contract-stressing & Promise-keeping Enterprise by Industrial and Commercial Administration, “Top 10 Economic Benefit Enterprises” by Shandong Light Industry, “Outstanding Water Pollution Prevention & Cure Enterprise” by Environmental Protection Department, “Top 500 Enterprises of China” in informationization. In 2004, “Bohui” trademark was approved “Shandong Famous Trademark”. Stressing on technical research and development, the company has invested outlay and brought in and cultivated technical personnel, and established cooperation with many science & technology academies. At present, it has 14 inventions with patents, and assumes 3 Torch Projects, 2 Key Torch Projects of National Science & Technology Department, and 1 National New Product Research & Development Project. The company passed ISO9001: 2000 international quality management certification in November 2006 again, and won “Adoption of International Standard Product Marking Certification” which symbolizes its quality standard meeting international level.
  The Papermaking Chemical Engineering Research Center of the company is a provincial research center with test condition and basic facilities, and engineering leaders in high technical level with practical production experience, who know about the research and design foundation of new products, new techniques, and papermaking technology, and abundant background and experience of achievement transform. With good basic equipment, strong technical force, high-level management, and abundant experience in technical reform and papermaking, we can ensure the successful construction and commissioning of the projects.
