Its research and reasonable using are crucial to the paper quality, categories, grade and cost reduction. As to the technical and technological research of papermaking & chemical, and its production, we have been in the lead over other enterprises in industry. The research center brought the above advantages into further play, improved the technical level, and keeps the stable, rapid, and sustainable development of Chinese papermaking industry. 　　In the Research Center, there are engineering leaders in high technical level with practical production experience, who know about the research and design foundation of new products, new techniques, and papermaking technology, and abundant background and experience of achievement transform. In the Research Center, there are necessary experimental conditions for engineering and foundational establishments, and necessary examining, analysis, and testing methods, and technical equipments. So it has the capability to assume the comprehensive engineering test. 　　The Research Center takes an architectural area of 750 square meters with accumulative equipments investment of RMB 12 million Yuan. The equipments are mostly introduced from foreign countries with international level, which formed a set of complete examining, analysis, testing, and technical equipment system. The foundational establishments in research center now can definitely carry on the papermaking chemical including various papermaking additives, liquid alkali, chorine, coatings for papermaking, coating white paperboard, coating white paper card, pulping & papermaking technique for cigarette card, pulping & papermaking technique for high grade cowskin corrugated board, the comprehensive use of sulfuration bed & gangue for electricity generation, the breeding & planting of raw material forest for papermaking, the maintenance & reform of papermaking machinery, etc, and the social technical services such as the research & development of technique technology, products examination, standard making, achievements promotion, quality examination, and technical information, etc. 　　There is the talent foundation for engineering technical research in the research center. Since 2000, the company has been inviting some senior technical persons, and supplying them the favorable life, working environment, and letting them fulfill their talents; also inviting some industrial specialists to give their instruction periodically, which guarantee the market research direction of products.
